NEW GUYS (FNG)

NEW GUY PREPARATION

FNG stands for Friendly New Guy. You do not need to know the lingo, own special gear, or be in peak physical condition. Show up a few minutes early, introduce yourself, and we will handle the rest.

Expect a 45 to 60 minute outdoor workout using bodyweight movements, running, and cinder blocks. Everything is completely scalable to your current level.

POST WITH US THIS WEEK

The hardest part is setting the alarm. No sign-ups, no fees, no contracts. Just show up in the gloom.
